Jennifer Litwin created “The Shop Cop” while studying the often unregulated retail world and shopping undercover for her two popular books for the home: Furniture Hot Spots: The Best Furniture Stores and Websites Coast to Coast, and Random House’s Best Furniture Buying Tips Ever!

Jennifer Litwin, an MBA graduate from the University of Chicago, has appeared on TV, nationally, on: Good Morning, America, Today Show, CBS Early Show, Inside Edition, CNN and Fox News.  On the radio, Litwin has done Shop Cop-like segments on Martha Stewart, NPR and Michael Finney.  In print, Litwin has contributed to Consumers Digest, Money, Smart Money, Quick & Simple, and appeared in USA Today, Wall Street Journal, US News & World Report, and a host of other national and local shows and press.

Every viewer feels scammed, ripped off, but doesn’t have time – doesn’t even know where to turn to get the answers.  Returning things, hassles at the big box retailers, strict bank policies, credit card rules that make no sense, buying gifts that can’t be returned, hidden charges, impossible comparison shopping, being charged to return something-we can all relate!

~ Repeat appearances on Fox Good Day Shows in: Dallas, Philadelphia and New York.  Also appeared several times on NBC LA and ABC’s Northwest Afternoon in Seattle.
