In addition to my other guests for this radio show is the attorney, Sally Wagenmaker, of Mosher Law, a law firm specializing in nonprofits and state sales tax issues relating to them. She will shed light on the law regarding sales tax exemption for nonprofits, and what is customary for nonprofits with respect to getting their rightful state sales tax exemption.
